These sessions incorporate a variety of intermodal expressive arts practices aimed at promoting overall wellness and personal and or group connection. Choosing our Group Expressive Arts Workshops means being part of a supportive community aimed at fostering wellness through shared experiences and diverse artistic expression. No prior art training or experience is needed. The use of visual arts mediums like watercolor, pastels, collage, bookmaking, clay and more provide various outlets for creative expression.  The implementation of meditation, sound, movement journal writing and empathetic sharing all weave together to bring forth a meaningful and connective experience. All workshops and individual sessions are designed with your needs in mind. This can come to you in the form of weekly classes, professional development for stress management and team building, care giver  support, service providers support and self care, as well as patient care. Individual and Group Deep Guided Meditation 

A guided mediation for individuals and groups differs from Therapeutic Hypnosis. Meditation is focused on mindfulness, breathwork and presence. Deep Relaxation Meditation can help restore clarity and replenish the body, mind and spirit. Though both experiences tend to result in a deep relaxed  brainwave state, traditional hypnosis induction and deepening is not used.    

Sound Bath Experience

Sound Bath experience is an amazing healing practice that effects the individual on a cellular level Using crystal singing bowls with the solfeggio tones, the vibrations affect each area of the body and mind.  It can promote a deep sense of relaxation, tension or stress relief, as well as a reset of the nervous system out of fight or flight lowering cortisol levels. Individuals and groups can enjoy this process.
